Lisa was born in Austin, Indiana on April 12th, 1977. Her parents, Marvin and Carmen McIntosh helped instill her love of gospel music when Lisa was just a baby. She remembers standing at her fathers side singing with him at their churches old time gospel meetings. Pray much, seek his face and give thanks in all, those were just a few of things that Lisa was taught growing up.
At age 16, Lisa came to know what the word salvation truly meant. At an alter in prayer she cried out to the Lord and he was there to come and make her a new person! Tears of joy streamed down her face and she was never the same again! She loves it when her father, Rev. Marvin McIntosh, says "Saved and Sanctified!" That is what Lisa strives to be each and every day!
On October 12th, 1995 Lisa married John Herald of Austin, Indiana. They have 3 beautiful children, their daughter Christian and their twin boys Jacob and Johnathan. All three children are miricles from God and Lisa has wonderful testimonies about their births! Lisa and her husband John also started the N.F.P.C. Youth group in Feb. 1999.
The Lord has blessed the Herald family with wonderful children, a love for the youth, god given talent, but most of all he has blessed them by Saving Their Souls!
